Full Service Wedding Planning: From booking the date and venue, to orchestrating the day-of timeline and events, this service includes assistance and guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process, including 24/7 availability to answer any and all questions or concerns regarding your wedding.
Partial Consulting: With this service, our involvement is limited to the specific, pre-determined vendors with which you desire assistance, allowing you the freedom to decide how much or how little of the planning process you would like to handle on your own. We assist in researching and contacting selected vendors, and then reviewing and negotiating each contract. We also attend any appointments with that vendor (as requested by you), track all payment deadlines, and maintain ongoing communication with the vendors to ensure that they are following your wedding planning timeline.

Final Countdown Coordination: This service begins six weeks before your wedding day and includes formulating a master plan and timeline for the entire day to ensure that every detail is in place and that the event is being managed by a professional. The master plan and timeline are based on an in-depth personal consultation with the bride and groom. The package also includes triple confirmation of all vendors at set intervals, and 24/7 availability to answer any questions during the service period. We serve as the primary contact for your guests regarding any questions they have about the wedding leading up to, and during, the big day. We are on-site for the entire ceremony and celebration to ensure that your vendors and bridal party members have arrived on time, assist with setting up and reviewing venue decor and details, assist the photographer in organizing family members, organize the ceremony line-up and reception introduction, distribute all vendor gratuities and final payments, ensure that all gifts and envelopes are returned to you at the end of the event, and are on call to deal with any “emergencies.” There is no time limit for the day-of; we arrive as early and stay as late as you desire or as is necessary.
Hourly Consulting: This service provides one- or two-hour blocks of in person or telephone consultation time during which we discuss specific planning tasks or topics with which you need assistance or guidance.
After ‘I Do’: This service provides assistance with tying up loose ends after the wedding and includes assistance with gown cleaning and preservation, the return of rental items to vendors (including tuxedo rentals), bouquet preservation, and assistance with legal name changes, among other things.
